About Us
Cladding Technology Shanxi Co., Ltd (科雷丁技术(山西)有限公司) is a specialized precision welding technology company focused on two core processes: TIG (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding / GTAW) and MIG (Gas Metal Arc Welding / GMAW). We possess comprehensive welding capabilities across carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloys, copper alloys, titanium alloys, nickel-based alloys, cobalt-based alloys, magnesium alloys, and zirconium alloys, providing end-to-end welding solutions from procedure qualification and filler metal selection to precision welding execution and non-destructive testing.
Guided by our philosophy of "TIG Precision · MIG Efficiency · All-Metal Welding Solutions", we leverage TIG for thin-wall precision welding, dissimilar metal joints, and high-aesthetic welds on reactive metals; and MIG for high-efficiency medium-to-thick plate welding and automated production integration. These complementary processes serve diverse high-end manufacturing sectors including petrochemical piping, pressure vessels, aerospace components, marine & offshore equipment, EV battery trays, semiconductor clean piping, food & pharmaceutical equipment, and power generation systems.
Core Welding Processes
- TIG – Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) — Stable arc, precisely controllable heat input, aesthetically superior weld beads with zero spatter. Ideal for 0.3–6mm thin-wall precision welding, root pass backing, dissimilar metal joining, and reactive metals (Ti/Zr/Mg). Supports DCEN/DCEP, AC square wave, and pulsed TIG modes.
- MIG – Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) — High deposition rate, fast travel speed, and seamless automation integration. Ideal for 3–50mm medium-to-thick plate structural welding, long continuous seams, and high-conductivity metals (Al/Cu). Supports short-circuit, spray, and pulsed MIG transfer modes, compatible with robotic workstations for mass production.
- TIG + MIG Hybrid Application — For complex workpieces, we combine TIG precision root passes with MIG high-efficiency fill and cap passes, balancing root quality with overall productivity. Widely applied to critical pressure piping and vessel longitudinal/circumferential seams.
